Content & Marketing Lead

We are looking for a Content & Marketing Lead to own Eji Tech's brand voice, content strategy, and inbound marketing across all channels.

This is a senior content role — not just execution, but strategy. You will build the content engine that makes Eji Tech the most recognised digital transformation brand for Nigerian SMEs.

What you will do

• Own the LinkedIn, blog, and email content calendar for Eji Tech Life Services
• Lead and coordinate the social media and content team
• Develop and maintain the brand voice guide and content pillars
• Build and manage AI-assisted content pipelines (n8n, Anthropic, OpenRouter)
• Track content performance and report on leads generated from inbound channels
• Collaborate with the business development team to align content with sales goals
• Oversee client content deliverables where content is part of a service package

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in content marketing, brand management, or digital marketing
• Strong writing ability — you can write in different voices and for different audiences
• Experience managing or mentoring junior content creators
• Comfortable with AI content tools and automation workflows
• Data-driven: you know how to track what works and double down on it
• Deep understanding of the Nigerian B2B SME audience
