ERPNext Implementation Technician

We are looking for an ERPNext Implementation Technician to join the Eji Tech Life Services team.

You will work directly on deploying, configuring, and supporting ERPNext/Frappe installations for SME clients across Nigeria and West Africa. This is a hands-on technical role at the intersection of ERP consulting and system administration.

What you will do

• Configure and deploy ERPNext for clients across sectors including hospitality, retail, healthcare, and logistics
• Set up modules: Accounting, Inventory, HR, CRM, POS, and custom workflows
• Train client staff and create handover documentation
• Troubleshoot issues, manage bench updates, and maintain client tenants on our server infrastructure
• Collaborate with the founder on scoping and delivery

What we are looking for

• Hands-on experience with ERPNext or Frappe (self-taught counts)
• Comfort with Linux command line, nginx, and Docker basics
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Good written communication for client-facing documentation
• Based in Nigeria — remote-first but occasional on-site visits may be required
