Head of Products

We are looking for a Head of Products to lead the product strategy, development, and growth of Eji Tech's productized software offerings — starting with imprexi-template and expanding into our SME SaaS platform vision.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can think like a founder, ship like an engineer, and position like a marketer.

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for imprexi-template and any future SaaS products
• Define features, pricing tiers, and onboarding flows for self-serve and assisted clients
• Work with the technical team to plan and prioritise development sprints
• Build the public product site and self-serve onboarding experience on ejitechlife.xyz
• Conduct customer research and competitive analysis across the Nigerian SME SaaS market
• Define and track product KPIs: activation rate, retention, expansion revenue
• Explore and manage partnerships (e.g. LAPO Microfinance Bank SME platform)

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or African tech
• Able to write clear product specs and work directly with developers
• Strong commercial instinct — you understand pricing, positioning, and GTM
• Familiarity with PHP, SQLite, or ERPNext is a significant advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate with limited resources
• Passionate about building products for African SMEs
